Using the website
Accounts, resources, events, payments and the newsletter on ckle.org.
Do I need an account to use the site?
No — you can browse everything and download free resources without an account. You only need a free account to buy a premium resource, register for an event, or read a premium article, so that your purchases are saved and you can access them again later.
How do I create an account?
Click Sign in, then Create an account, and enter your name, email and a password (at least 8 characters). You'll receive a confirmation email — open it to confirm your account.
How do I get a premium resource?
Open the resource and click Get access. Sign in (or create an account), pay securely, and the download unlocks immediately. It's then saved to your account so you can re-download it anytime.
What payment methods can I use?
Payments are handled securely through KKiaPay, which supports Mobile Money and bank cards. Prices are shown in CFA francs (XOF).
I have a coupon code — where do I enter it?
Enter your code at checkout. Depending on the code, it may reduce the price or make the item free.
How do I register for an event and get my ticket?
Open the event and register. Free events issue a ticket immediately; paid events ask you to pay first. Your ticket PDF is emailed to you and is always available under My account.
Can I get a ticket for someone else?
Yes. When registering you can enter a different name and email, and the ticket will be issued in that person's name and sent to them.
I didn't receive my confirmation or ticket email. What should I do?
First check your spam folder. Your tickets and purchases are always available under My account even if the email is delayed. If something still looks wrong, email hello@ckle.org with your account email.
I forgot my password.
On the Sign in page, click Forgot password?, enter your email, and we'll send you a link to choose a new password.
Is the site available in French and English?
Yes. CKLE is bilingual — use the language toggle in the menu to switch between French and English at any time.
What is Decoded, and how do I subscribe?
Decoded is our free newsletter, sent every two months with project stories and communication ideas. Subscribe from the Decoded page (the envelope icon in the menu or the footer link). You can unsubscribe at any time from the link at the bottom of any edition.
How is my personal data handled?
Your account, purchases and subscriptions are stored securely and used only to provide the service. We don't sell your data. To request changes or deletion, email hello@ckle.org.

What is the CKLE Annual Report Builder?
It's an online tool that guides you, step by step, through creating a professional annual report and exports it as a polished PDF — without needing a designer.
Who is it for?
It's built for NGOs, associations, and public-sector and social-impact organizations that need to report on their activities clearly and professionally.
How does it work?
You answer a guided, multi-step form about your organization and its year. The tool structures everything, lets AI help polish your wording, and produces a clean, ready-to-share PDF.
Is it available in French and English?
Yes — you can build your report in French or English.
Do I need an account?
You sign in with your email so your report is saved and you can come back to it. There's a quick email-based login.
Can the AI help me write?
Yes. The tool can polish and improve the text you enter so it reads clearly and professionally, while keeping your meaning. You stay in control of the final wording.
Can I include financial information and charts?
Yes — you can present key figures, including clean financial charts, so your report communicates results at a glance.
What do I get at the end?
A professionally laid-out PDF of your annual report, ready to download, print, or share with partners and funders.
Is my information saved and private?
Your report content is saved to your account so you can keep working on it, and it isn't shared publicly.

What can Vitae do?
Beyond building a CV, Vitae can help optimize your wording, analyze your CV, and translate it between French and English — so you can adapt it to different opportunities.
Is it free?
Vitae works on a freemium model: you can get started for free, and some advanced features are part of the premium offer. See the pricing section on the app for what's included.
How do I pay for premium, and is it secure?
Premium is paid securely through KKiaPay (Mobile Money or card). Payment is confirmed before any premium feature unlocks.
I have a coupon — can I use it?
Yes, enter your coupon at checkout; it may discount the price or unlock access.
What languages does Vitae support?
French and English, including a translate feature to move your CV between the two.
What format is my CV exported in?
A clean, professionally formatted PDF that's ready to send to employers.
I paid but a feature is still locked. What do I do?
Make sure your payment was confirmed (you'll see access unlock once it is). If it stays locked after a confirmed payment, email hello@ckle.org with the email you used and we'll restore access.
Is my CV data private?
Your CV content is tied to your session/account and used only to generate and improve your CV. It isn't shared publicly.
How do I get support?
